Fashion has been a lifetime passion of mine, and in 2020, I began my sewing journey. Since then, I've designed and created a variety of original pieces, including costumes, prom dresses, and casual wear. My work is heavily inspired by vintage fashion, particularly from the 1930s- 1960s, eras that captivated me with their elegance and timelessness.  Theater and film have also played a significant role in shaping my creative vison, especially through costume design. I've had the exciting opportunity to work on two musical productions that deepened my love of storytelling through clothing. Currently I am pursuing a degree in fashion merchandizing and design with a focus in technical design at Iowa State University. I look forward to growing my skills, exploring new creative avenues and continuing to merge my love for history, storytelling, and design in meaningful ways.
